A Company Comes of Age

1991
Branislav Djeric and Sven Guski first learn to know SAP. At the time, neither of them knows they both would meet and found a company a few years later.

Sven Guski starts his professional training in 1989 as an industrial merchant at the public transportation company of Berlin. When they choose one trainee to support their data processing unit missing computer specialists, it is Sven Guski who first starts to work with the SAP R/2 System (Release 4.3i).

Branislav Djeric takes a training to become a data processing merchant at a real estate and house building company. As a trainee, he first learns assembler programming skills that would serve him well in his career. In 1991 he starts to work for a consulting company as junior developer. His first SAP project for a customer in Rüsselsheim, Germany, deals with a SAP R/2 Rel. 4.3i solution.

1994
Sven Guski moves to a position in a newly founded consulting company.

Branislav Djeric decides to become self-employed. His first project takes him to the SAP AG headquarters in Walldorf.

1996
Sven Guski receives a promotion as Office Manager Berlin. In this position he leads the growth of the Munich based company in the North of Germany.

Branislav Djeric returns from a year in Spain to continue his project work in Walldorf.

1998
When Sven Guski realizes that his current employer does not provide the settings for substantial changes, he starts looking for other ways to achieve his ambitious goals.

Later that year, Branislav Djeric and Sven Guski first meet in Walldorf. The only two Berliners in the international development team at SAP, both are in tune right away.

1999
Branislav Djeric and Sven Guski agree their ideas about a successful career require for them to establish their own company. More and more seriously they discuss the parameters on their flights between Munich and Berlin.
In October they finally decide to found their enterprise ADC Consulting GmbH. When his contract allows for Sven Guski to quit his job, he joins ADC Consulting as a CEO.
